Bose Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bose
Customers Fault Description : Remote doesn’t seem to work with the system. Batteries changed but still nothing. Tried re-pairing in accordance with Bose instructions but still nothing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This DVD / Home theatre remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal with a strong RF signal at the correct frequency on each button press.
The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
It is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself.
