Customers Fault Description : Not working at all New batteries make no difference Was an issue previously where one of the volume buttons would not work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Amplifier remote controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. When opened there was corrosion in the print from an apparent battery leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons.
