Legend Smart Media Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The TV lift buttons don’t work at all and we can’t get the TV to go down. Some of the other buttons don’t work either but the tv lift is the main issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This BSSB TV Bed Remote arrived safely and on charging and testing the remote was found to be responding on all buttons as per normal operation. The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
