Sofa Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Sofa

Customers Fault Description : one of the buttons is not working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This sofa controller arrived safely and on inspection both buttons were faulty, both were replaced and then the internal wiring reworked and reinforced using hot glue.
