HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : Working fine then total non functioning although power still lighting controller up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspeciton was found to be ok when tested. After talking to the customer it was established that a second remote was used to confiurm that the remote is at fault.
This confirmed that the usual intermittent / blown LED was the likeliest culprit. This was replaced and then the rest of the remote retested as normal. The customer is to test the remote on return.
