Customer's Fault Description
Fault seems to be intermittent. Sometimes mover operates, sometimes it doesn't. Receiver unit in the caravan has been checked and is okay. Maybe no problem, but would like to have it all checked out.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal.  The remote was tested at random intervals over a 3-day period with no issues being replicated.
