Customer's Fault Description
As you look at the remote with the on off button to uour top right. The buttons at 8 and 10 oclock do not work at all. The button at 12 oclock works intermittently. If you can sort this out would be obliged.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish nonresponsive buttons. This was due to a large amount of corrosion within the print from contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
