Customer's Fault Description
The was left in trouser pocket and remote ended up being washed in washing machine. Installed new battery although the light works when the blue buttons are pressed the unit doesn’t open or close the garage door
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation and the RF signal was correct at 868.3Mhz. (see image)
It is likely that the remote has lost its programming, the customer is to try to pair the remote with the receiver.
