Customer's Fault Description
The buttons to move forward are not working or/and instigate the wrong command. Will hit button to move forward and caravan will turn to right.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as normal on all button presses.  It is thought that the issue is most likely with either the motor or receiver itself.
