Customer's Fault Description
Red LED on the transmitter lights when buttons pressed, but not response at the receiver.
The safety button is also now missing (just the plastic part, the microswitch appears fine). I plan on making a 3D printed part, unless you just happen to have a spare.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was foudn to not transmit a signal. This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset. Once replaced full functionality was restored.
The missing button was replaced but we cannot replace the missing battery cover on the receiver.
