MERTIK MAXITROL Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : MERTIK MAXITROL

Customers Fault Description : A small amount of water was spilled on the remote - the light is still working but there is no communication between the remote and the receiver in the gas fire.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.  The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.  This has deemed this item as no fault found.
