4 buttons in total. Left lower button that is used together with left upper button to start the fire or to lower flame to pilot light. This button is not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have a non responding button.

All four button were replaced which restored full functionality.
