Gazco Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Gazco

Customers Fault Description : The black wire on the battery contact has came loose..the model number is 123-007 and serial number is 123-00711914.. thanks M

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken battery cable.  A replacement cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
