Customer's Fault Description
The remote casing has been melted slightly from one corner and the button is cracked.
Works occasionaly if you keep pushing the button and shake the remote and the ref l.e.d comes on.
Most of time it doesn't work but if you shake the remote and try again it may work.
I would be interested if you could clone the remote so I have an additional spare one.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be non responsive from its button press.
This was found to be due to a faulty button, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
