KINDER FIRE KICC00RN Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : REMOTE WILL TURN THE FIRE ON BUT IT WONT TURN IT OFF .

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Kinder remote control arrived safely and on inspection the bottom left button had a cap fitted on top of the original button.

On testing the buttons were sluggish in response and required a hard push to actuate.

All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
