Customer's Fault Description
TV remote is not working even though led's light up when you press the buttons to show the remote has power. I've tried new batteries but same issue.

This Pioneer remote control arrived safely and on testing the following buttons were found to be non responsive -

On opening the issue was found to be due to corrosion on the PCB caused by a battery leak.  The corrosion was cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
