Bel canto Repair
It’s an original Rc for my Bel Canto Pre Pro Gen 2, the control has 8 buttons at the top for selecting which unit to control. The button for my processor which is the only one I use, Doesn’t work. Therefore I cannot control the volume etc without getting up. Very 1970’s! Be great if you can fix it.

Flavel Repair
I've noticed you have done quite a few of these remotes in the past. You have one of them down as KINDER FIRE KICC00RN. Use that as an image guide. To turn on the Gas fire, the smaller circle and larger circle buttons need to be pressed together. The smaller button however needs to be pressed hard and even when you manage to press it and the light comes on the remote, it takes the gas fire forever to turn on. You need to try different angles and move the remote about. The other buttons work as they should. Main problem is the smaller button and possibly another issue which is causing the gas fire not to turn on immediately when the buttons are pressed.

Hi, I spoke to you not so long ago about this remote and you said it was a common issue with these remotes. <br /><br /> 1. The battery is always flashing.<br /> 2. In the background the screen flickers.<br /> 3. The connector wire to the battery snapped, I used some tape to join it temporarily but really could do with replacing (I've added the replacement wire) or at least soldering back on.<br /> 4. Inside a metal connector came off the circuit board, I did a quick fix by soldering it back on but feel its come off again because the remotes stopped working again.<br />
