Customer's Fault Description
I've noticed you have done quite a few of these remotes in the past. You have one of them down as KINDER FIRE KICC00RN. Use that as an image guide. To turn on the Gas fire, the smaller circle and larger circle buttons need to be pressed together. The smaller button however needs to be pressed hard and even when you manage to press it and the light comes on the remote, it takes the gas fire forever to turn on. You need to try different angles and move the remote about. The other buttons work as they should. Main problem is the smaller button and possibly another issue which is causing the gas fire not to turn on immediately when the buttons are pressed.

This heater control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish / non responsive buttons.
All 4 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
