The on off button will not operate the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Valor remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non responsive top button.

On opening this was partly due to contamination on the pcb and also due to worn contacts.  The PCB was cleared of all contaminants and replacement conductive caps fitted which restored full functionality.
