Customer's Fault Description
The remote control no longer shows anything in the display.
The massage chair can therefore no longer be operated. Batteries have been replaced, the display is supplied with power.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Keton remote arrived safely from Germany and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a break in the print near one of the terminals. The break was resoldered and the terminals re-conductivised which restored full functionality.
