Two left hand buttons not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived 3 months after being shipped and on opening the package was found to have a shattered case inside. It would appear that the courier had temporarily mislaid the item and also damaged the item in transit (see image of the shattered case below), the packaging was scuffed and muddy as if it had been crushed.
After talking to the customer it was found best to supply a clone control instead of repairing this control as the cases are not available as spares.
