Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Teac remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button. There was signs of a battery leak on one of the terminal strips (see image). This had corroded the surface of the terminals causing a resistance. This meant that a low voltage was being received onto the main PCB. The effected terminal was replaced, the original terminal type was not available as a spare and therefore spring type terminals were hot melted into place. This restored full functionality.
