Customers Fault Description : The on/off switch do not work.the others are ok

This valor remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have malfunctioning buttons. This was due to corrosion in the print / button array. The print was reworked and a replacement conductive button cap fitted which restored full functionality.
