Customer's Fault Description
Remote isn't turning the plinth heater on.
Switch on the heater is lit up but the remote is redundant.
I think a battery might have leaked. I have taken it apart and used contact cleaner but that hasn't worked either.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Plinth Heater controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. The control was opened and there was some signs of corrosion over the PCB but no fault could be replicated.
The code being sent was tested and found to be correct deeming this item as no fault found.
