Remote turns fire on, but does not turn it down or off. Display indicates transmission up and down. Sounds identical with fault on your home page
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on both up and down channels as per normal operation.  The control was tested randomly over a 3 day period but no fault could be replicated.
