Customer's Fault Description
The 2 left hand buttons are used to ignite the fire but no longer work so are unsure whether the 2 right hand buttons which control the flames are working either as we are unable to light the fire to test them.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This controller was confirmed to have faulty buttons on arrival.  All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
