Customer's Fault Description
We only generally use the on / off button and the volume and mute button and they are not working. You replied and reconditioned our unit successfully about 18 b24 months ago.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Pioneer remote arrived safely and on inspection there was a burn warp on one side of the control (this doesnt effect functionality) and on testing was confirmed to have some non responsive buttons (Volume, mute and power).  This was due to worn conductive contacts on the button pads.  Replacement conductive pads were fitted which restored full functionality.
