Customer's Fault Description
I can't turn the fire on, the red light doesn't go on when you press the two on/off buttons together which is what you need to do to activate the fire. Strangely the two flame buttons get a red light but the on/off buttons don't.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dungs remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive power buttons. This was due to contamination on the button contacts, the PCB and pads were cleaned which restored full functionality.
