Multiglow Classic 11 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The black neutral wire has become disconnected from the battery attachment terminals.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery cable.  A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
