Customer's Fault Description
Control was dropped and is intermittently working, we have had a remote fixed before and it was a great success.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent signals on their button presses.

This was found to be due to the RF board being loose (a couple of solder joints were cracked badly, probably from the fall).  The board was soldered firmly back into place and full functionality was restored.
