Customer's Fault Description
All buttons was working. The remote starting been abit slow and short on signal so did the usual and changed the battery. Was ok again for a month or so but then started playing up again. The ‘ON’ button works fine but have to be pretty close up to the fireplace. The ‘OFF’ button has completely stopped working it has got worse over time, pressing it firmly use to work eventually but not anymore. The heater ON, OFF and FAN SPEED, again started been temperamental and has now completely stopped working. The only button that seems to work is the ‘ON’ but again you have to be pretty close up to the fireplace for it to eventually come on.
There is a brightness button on the remote but truthfully that has never worked.

This 150 Studio fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation, the control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
