Customer's Fault Description
NU-FLAME G6R-H4S-N2 FIRE REMOTE CONTROL FAILED WORKING NEW BATTEY FITTED WHEN YOU PRESS ANY BUTTON THE LED DOES NOT LIGHT UP AND NOTHING WORKS WE CANNOT TURN THE FIRE ON OR OFF OR ADJUST THE FLAME SETTING.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
The regulator and battery cable was replaced as standard but the item remained dead.
A full complete component test was carried out and eventually it was found that the main IC was at fault. Sadly due to this a repair is not possible.
A quick google search was carried out and a replacement was found here, please check with the seller for details.
