Customer's Fault Description
Fob stopped working. I have changed the batteries and the light responds, but it doesn’t connect or operate the door. Not sure what to do next!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
A signal was present on each button press. It is possible that the remote needs "pairing" with the receiver or that the power source fitted was low in voltage (these remotes required 2 x 3v batteries making 6 volts in total. 2 Duracell batteries have been included on return.
