Customer's Fault Description
Both left hand buttons. Currently fire will not normally light. Correct procedure
is to press both left hand buttons at the same times
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be responding from each button press as per normal.
After talking to the customer it was decided to replace all the buttons which is a common intermittent issue with this item just in case.
