Arcam Solo CR50 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Arcam

Model : Solo CR50

Customers Fault Description : No buttons working, no ir seen on phone camera test. 2 sets of batteries tried, no improvement.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Arcam remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a faulty IR led, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
