When pressing buttons the fireplace doesn’t respond nor does the remote flash or light up
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

This was found to be due to a few breaks in the print and a faulty IR LED. The LED was replaced and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
