Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Batters connector broken.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a broken back case and also a broken battery cable.  The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.  A replacement back cover was also fitted as we had one spare.
