Customer's Fault Description
Wiring to battery come away as was very tight when we renewed battery and snapped. Have repaired but not always working. Battery flashing on control panel of remote, not sure why.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery indicator was showing a dead battery with a fully charged one and also the battery cable was damaged.  The battery cable was replaced as well as the 7133 regulator which restored full functionality.
