Customer's Fault Description
Buttons not working. Some work intermittently. Have changed batteries but still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available)
On testing the button response was sluggish nad the Heat button was non responsive at all. This was found to be due to contamination and corrosion on the button array. The contamination was cleaned up and the print reworked which restored full fucntionaltiy.
