Customer's Fault Description
Remote control not controlling the fire, even thought the LEd on the remote control works. Some operation possible if the remote is held very close (inches) from the receiver module. The remote was dropped by user. Possibly the transducer on the remote has been damaged?. Receiver module also enclosed so it is possible to check the repair
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting a signal.
This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted in the handset which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
