Remote Fixer Repair Response
This garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead. The remote was opened nad the battery housing was found to have become detached from one of its solder points. The housing was soldered back into place which restored full functionality.
The included batteries were replaced as one was reading 0.1 volt and the other 2v. The customer also included 3 first class stamps, these cannot be used to return the remote as it doesn't cover the shipping cost for tracked and signed and also does not take into account the packaging cost, these stamps will be returned with the item.
