Flamerite YCT100 Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Flamerite

Model : YCT100

Customers Fault Description : The flame effect buttons are working but those controlling the heater are not and won't switch on . Have changed battery to no effect .

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty button response.  All 5 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.

A replacement battery has also been supplied on return
