Customer's Fault Description
The flame effect buttons are working but those controlling the heater are not and won't switch on . Have changed battery to no effect .
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty button response. All 5 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
A replacement battery has also been supplied on return
