Customer's Fault Description
I've had this fire for more than 15 years and the remote control has got steadily worse over this time. The left hand buttons need to be depressed at the same time to light the fire, and sadly the top left button now doesn't seem to work. I've removed the battery for the post.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This LPG Domestic fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty buttons.  All buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
