Control not working. Tried different batteries but still nothing happening.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the ON / OFF switch was found to have a broken shaft (see image). The switch was replaced which restored full funcitonality.
