Truma Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Truma
Customers Fault Description : Control not working. Tried different batteries but still nothing happening.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Truma remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the ON / OFF switch was found to have a broken shaft (see image). The switch was replaced which restored full funcitonality.
