Powrtouch 868B Repair
I have a Powrtouch remote controller for my caravan 868B motor mover. <br /><br /> For the first time today pressing buttons D and F at the same time failed to illuminate the speed meter array or any other LED’s.<br /><br /> The Duracell battery voltage is 9.4volts, changing the battery makes no difference.<br /><br /> The last time I used the controller (just prior to Christmas 2020) it worked fine with no problems.<br /><br /> Since then it’s not been used and kept in its usual holder in the caravan.

Brilliant Slab Repair
Battery compartment cover loose. Start buttons (left hand side) work intermittently - very rarely can get fire to turn on by pushing both buttons together, easier usually to turn off with just top button. Does work sometimes. Have changed remote batteries and also battery for fire.

Mirtek Repair
Remote control not communicating with fire. The remote has been temperamental for a while but now does not work at all. I have replaced the batteries in both the handset and receiver unit located in the fire but the remote is still not operating the motor for the flame. Remote control LED light operates when pressing buttons on the remote but receiver unit LED does not illuminate when remote control buttons are pressed.
