Customer's Fault Description
Case is taped up, up down buttons don’t work and it seems to lock and become unresponsive. I can send the receiver unit as well as it is a sonic type of remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to be working as normal but the buttons were sluggish. It was only after talking to the customer that the P1 fault showed itself.
The buttons were replaced and then the timer programming reset. The item was then tested over a 2 day period which revealed no further issues.
