Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent does not work most times trying to get the red light on when powering up wire has been cut and put under terminals I presume to see if there was a break in the connection to the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was damaged and had been worked on. On testing the control was found to be intermittent and was dependent on the position of the battery cable. This was caused by a faulty cable. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
