Customer's Fault Description
Remote handset is sending signal according to red telltale, receiver red telltale does not pick up signal or just flashed.
Have checked batteries so I expect a problem with receiver battery housing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receiver was found to have a sever battery leak (see image).
The remote itself was found to be working as per normal but the receiver was dead.
Sadly when these receivers obtain battery leak damage a replacement is the safest option due to some acting erratically after replacement battery blocks are fitted.
Replacement receivers are available here!
