Customer's Fault Description
"Heat up" button not working; on/off button intermittent ( lost its springiness)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have the usual cracks around the buttons.
This had allowed moisture into the control and had corroded some of the contacts causing one of the buttons to be non responsive.
The print was reworked and then replacement button pads were fitted under the original facia which restored full functionality.
Please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
A CR2032 Duracell battery has also been supplied fitted on return.
