Customer's Fault Description
Not powering up when the two switch on buttons are pressed. Screw missing from bottom of back.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to turn on from its double button press.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement button contacts were glued into place which restored full functionality.
